We supply thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTD's) in accordance with widely recognized standard configurations. TLSC1
Structure featuring a threaded process connection and terminal head, designed for supply purposes. This apparatus is adaptable for provision with either a transmitter mounting plate or a ceramic terminal block. A diverse selection of terminal heads can be chosen from (see page 18 for options). This configuration offers the flexibility for installation within a thermowell or directly into the process utilizing an adjustable or fixed fitting mechanism.
This serves as an industrial-grade thermocouple sensor designed to cater to a variety of applications. It is offered in Type J, K, N, T, and can also be provided in other grades as per specific requests. The thermocouple is composed of fixed inserts with varying diameters, accompanied by a choice of either a transmitter mounting plate or a ceramic terminal block. The crucial hot junction within the thermocouple can be configured as either "grounded" or "ungrounded" from the protective sheath.
This product line encompasses a diverse selection of terminal heads, allowing for flexible customization. Installation options for the thermocouple include fitting it into a thermowell or directly integrating it into the industrial process through the use of adjustable or fixed fittings.

TLSC2
The design features adaptable extensions and, for thermocouples, swift detachable connectors and ports (if desired). The configuration can be integrated within a thermowell or directly into the operational setup using a modifiable compression fitting.
This thermocouple sensor, designed for industrial applications, is available in Type J, K, N, T, and other grades upon request. It offers a range of insert diameters and sheath materials to suit diverse needs. The thermocouple can be supplied with flexible tails, a quick disconnect plug, or a combination of both, allowing for flexible installation options.
The positioning of the hot junction is adaptable, with the choice of either a "grounded" or "ungrounded" configuration from the sheath. This flexibility caters to different measurement scenarios. The thermocouple's integration is further enhanced by its compatibility with either a thermowell or direct installation into the process through an adjustable compression fitting.
Particularly valuable in the ferrochrome industry, these thermocouple assemblies excel in measuring temperatures, especially in environments requiring lengths exceeding 15 meters. Their robust design is well-suited to tackle challenges posed by molten metal splashing.

TLSC5
Component featuring threaded process connections, a terminal head, and a spring-loaded interchangeable insert. The insert comprises a 6mm diameter stem, offering a choice between a mounting plate for a transmitter or a ceramic terminal block designed for electrical connections. A diverse selection of terminal heads is at your disposal (for more details, please consult page 18). Additionally, the component offers an extension neck, a hex nipple, or a NUN neck, each available in various lengths. Secure installation into a thermowell is facilitated through a fixed thread located on the extension neck.
This product is an industrial thermocouple sensor designed for various applications. It is offered in Type J, K, N, T, and other grades, available upon request. The thermocouple features a stem with a diameter of 6 mm. You can choose between a transmitter mounting plate or a ceramic terminal block for the purpose of electrical connection. The hot junction of the thermocouple can be configured as "grounded" or "ungrounded" from the sheath.
For convenience, the terminal head selection is highly customizable, with a wide array of standard options to choose from. Additionally, the product offers various accessories such as an extension neck, a hex nipple, or a NUN neck, each available in different lengths to suit specific needs.
Installing the thermocouple into a thermowell is facilitated by a fixed thread on the extension neck, ensuring secure and reliable placement.

The 3.1 material certificate (according to EN 10204) for the wetted part can be supplied with the thermocouple (optional).
We can offer X-ray test reports done by independent subcontractors on the thermocouple weld and capping (optional).
We have an in-house laboratory and can supply factory calibration certificates (optional).
